Lip blush is a cosmetic tattoo that adds a sheer wash of color to your lips. The goal is a naturally refreshed look shaped around your features and preferences.
Every appointment begins with a conversation about your desired color, shape, and what to expect during healing. Nicci is currently welcoming new clients for appointments at a rented chair in San Diego; the exact location is shared when your appointment is arranged.

Hi, I’m Nicci, founder of Nano Nicci PMU in San Diego. I believe permanent makeup should enhance what is already beautiful about you and still feel like you.
My approach to lip blush is soft, natural, and personal. I love creating color that brings life back to the lips and gently improves definition without losing the features that make them yours.
We begin with a conversation about the look you want, then choose a color and shape together. Whether you prefer a subtle tint or something a little more polished, I want you to leave feeling comfortable, confident, and ready for your day.
